Job Summary
Join a dynamic team in Munich as an IT Service Technician, providing essential technical support and contributing to IT stability. In this role, you'll be the first and second line of support, assisting users with technical inquiries, participating in various IT projects, and creating comprehensive technical documentation for all workflows. You'll also be responsible for managing Windows clients, printers, network components, and telecommunication equipment. This position offers a versatile and future-oriented opportunity within an international work environment, with good prospects for long-term employment and potential for direct hire after an initial temporary contract. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician) or comparable training/experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT service or a comparable role
- Practical experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, and iOS operating systems
- Desirable: Experience with a ticketing system
