Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in on-site support, based in Hamburg. You'll be joining a leading technology service provider focused on client environments for renowned industrial companies across Germany. Day-to-day, you will document all completed tasks, process customer inquiries, operate client systems and applications directly at customer sites, and provide support for iOS devices, network environments, and telecommunications components. A key part of your role will be ensuring operational 2nd level support.
