As an IoT Onsite Service Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of IoT sensors, OT networks, and related systems for a leading IT company in Europe. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues within the IoT environment, implementing preventative measures, and serving as a primary contact for service requests. You will also be responsible for installing and configuring IoT sensors and gateways, establishing connections to IoT platforms, and managing assets for secure IT operations. This role requires close collaboration with clients and colleagues to identify and implement improvements for IoT infrastructure and processes, and supporting IT projects such as rollouts and migrations.
