Job Summary

This role is for a ServiceNow Administrator to join the ServiceNow Platform Team at HENSOLDT, a leading global provider of premium sensors, located in Ulm. The successful candidate will manage daily operational tasks, including instance checks, patching, and resolving health findings. A key part of the role involves implementing and configuring new interfaces with third-party systems, as well as monitoring and further developing them. You will design and implement complex ServiceNow system components, manage the platform's operations, and integrate modules into the overall ServiceNow system. The position also requires steering internal and external developers on projects and providing 2nd level support for incident resolution and system upgrades. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong ServiceNow and ITIL experience to contribute to critical security and surveillance missions.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT Systems Salesperson, or comparable qualification; ITIL Foundation Level in Service Management (advantageous)

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in ServiceNow administration (ideally with certification) and current releases (not older than Xanadu)
  • Experience with ServiceNow in an enterprise environment, ideally in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SAM Pro, SPM modules
  • Experience in agile working methods (SCRUM)
  • Experience in JavaScript or comparable scripting languages and web technologies
  • Experience in handling relational databases (SQL)
  • Experience in designing and developing system interfaces for cross-system communication (advantageous)
