Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of electrical specialists within the Property Service Center of two universities, overseeing the operational safety of electrical systems across 61 properties, including modern labs and UNESCO World Heritage sites. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage construction, repair, and maintenance projects for electrical installations, acting as a project lead or team member through all phases of HOAI. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical knowledge in building services engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with external planners and state authorities. It offers an opportunity to ensure the functionality and safety of diverse and historically significant university buildings.
