Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science, Mathematics, or comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in microcontroller programming
  • Professional experience in DSP programming
  • Professional experience with C/C++, Python, MatLab, and R
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and hardware development
  • Experience with software documentation according to MDR

Additional

  • Opportunity to pursue a scientific doctorate within the project. Willingness to perform tasks at other university locations (Furtwangen, Tuttlingen, Freiburg, Rottweil) in addition to Villingen-Schwenningen. The position is limited until August 31, 2027. Weekly working hours are 27.65 hours (70% full-time equivalent). The position is fundamentally divisible.
