Job Summary
This Application Specialist role, based in Goettingen, Germany, is a full-time, permanent position within the Sales & Product Management OEM Membranes department. The specialist will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing application-oriented consulting, technical support, and product expertise for lateral flow and microarray applications. Key responsibilities include supporting the sales organization through product presentations and training, resolving customer implementation problems, and assisting the quality department with complaint resolution. The role also involves analyzing product performance data, understanding market requirements, planning marketing events, and developing strategic projects with product management. This position offers an opportunity to leverage a biochemistry background and strong communication skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction in a dynamic life science environment.

Education
University degree in biochemistry or comparable
Experience
- Proven experience in a similar position and industry is advantageous
- Familiarity with lateral flow applications or immunoassays in the diagnostic field
