This role is for a Diagnostic Engineer specializing in laboratory balances, focusing on enhancing diagnostic and repair processes to meet increasing demands and fault volumes. The successful candidate will be responsible for both operational diagnostics and root cause elimination, playing a key role in shaping the future of these processes. Day-to-day tasks include developing fault diagnosis and repair processes, ensuring quality control, collaborating with Quality and Engineering teams, performing operational measurements on faulty balances, and leading diagnostic and repair procedures. This position requires a strong technical understanding of precision engineering, particularly the interaction of mechanics and electrics, and a proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving.
