Job Summary

The Institute for Clinical Pathology at the University Medical Center Freiburg is seeking a highly motivated Doctoral Researcher to join the interdisciplinary MatriPath-Lab. This role focuses on investigating the extracellular matrix's role in renal fibrosis and regeneration. The successful candidate will contribute to understanding how extracellular matrix composition influences intercellular cross-talk in kidney disease and recovery. Day-to-day tasks will involve utilizing a comprehensive methodology portfolio, including primary cell isolation, multiplex immunofluorescence microscopy, and transgenic in vivo models.
