Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Laboratory Technician in Food Diagnostics, focusing on ensuring food safety and production monitoring. Day-to-day tasks include digital registration of samples, preparing various food, feed, and water samples, and performing microbiological analyses using culture methods and PCR. The technician will also evaluate samples, apply immunological procedures like EIA/ELISA, conduct plating techniques, and perform drinking water analysis. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training as a Biology Laboratory Technician or equivalent, possess strong computer skills, and be fluent in German.
