As a Service Desk Agent, you will provide essential on-site IT support for a mechanical engineering company in Munich. Your daily tasks will involve utilizing remote control applications for support, resolving IT issues based on submitted tickets, meticulously documenting solutions, and maintaining the knowledge database. You will also be responsible for receiving, analyzing, and classifying incoming IT incidents.
