Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience with network protocols in LAN and WAN environments
- Professional experience in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS clients in a corporate context
- Experience with software distribution tools like SCCM and in remote support
