Job Summary

This role involves leading the regional Coil – Development & Adaptation laboratory for the EMEA & SA regions, driving innovation, and managing the regional product portfolio. The successful candidate will support global innovation strategies, steer internal and external research, and foster collaboration with other regional teams and the Global Technology Manager in China. A key aspect of the role is engaging with customer technology units for R&D and innovation topics, expanding the network with technology leaders in the Coil industry. This position requires a strong leader with a background in chemistry or chemical engineering, significant experience in surface technology or coatings, and proven ability to develop people and manage changing priorities in a global context.
