Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician based in Frankfurt am Main, focusing on supporting IT infrastructure and user devices. Day-to-day, you will perform IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change & Dispose) activities and handle rollout tasks. You'll work with Windows applications, manage requests via a ticketing system, and meticulously document your work. The position also involves supporting the lifecycle of IT devices and engaging in device management within the client's warehouse.
