Job Summary
This role involves developing and implementing strategies for project and process management within Kiel's Office for Children and Youth Facilities. The successful candidate will coordinate, plan, and evaluate digitalization and other projects, create process maps, identify weaknesses, and establish target processes. A key part of the job is developing and building project and process controlling mechanisms, including capturing key performance indicators and conducting deviation analyses. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor or FH-Diplom) with a standard study period of at least 6 semesters, or qualification for the first entry-level of career group two, General Services, or completed Angestelltenlehrgang II (Employee Training Course II).
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience based on prior education and training
- Experience in at least 2 different workplaces (minimum 2 years each)
