As a Senior Telecommunication Service Technician, you will be instrumental in installing, configuring, and integrating complex communication solutions and their associated applications, such as Unified Communications (UC) and Session Border Controllers (SBCs). Your daily tasks will involve system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of hybrid and cloud-based communication systems, ensuring seamless operation within IP networks, LAN/WAN, Layer 2/3, servers, and gateways. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, including escalating technical issues to third-level support, and participation in on-call duty.
