This role involves becoming a service expert, providing innovative solutions and services across information, communication, and security technology. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and fault analysis of security systems, particularly fire alarm technology, within a regional operational area. You will also commission systems, provide customer training, analyze and resolve technical problems, and act as a key contact for clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a completed electronic vocational training, several years of professional experience in security technology with a focus on fire alarm systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
