This role involves comprehensive technical program planning and project management for water management and waterway maintenance projects. Day-to-day, you will be involved in creating technical contributions for short, medium, and long-term planning, assisting with the planning, construction, and maintenance of riverbeds, including dredging, and conducting preliminary investigations. You will also support the procurement of engineering services, assist in drafting designs and technical reports, and participate in tender processes and contract awards. The position requires strong technical expertise in hydraulic engineering, water management, and river ecology, along with practical experience in construction supervision.
