Job Summary

This role involves working as a technical office clerk within the "Live Simulation, Constructive Simulation, and Robotics" department of the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology, and In-Service Support (BAAINBw) in Koblenz. The successful candidate will manage performance requirements for the technical-logistical support of non-consumable and individual consumable goods, including maintenance contracts and invoice verification. Key responsibilities include processing technical delivery conditions for simulation products, supporting project managers with data maintenance in IT databases (e.g., SASPF), cataloging, and ensuring product operational readiness. The position also involves preparing and facilitating project-related meetings. This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position with an attractive salary, opportunities for home office, and participation in sport and health programs.

Required Skills

Education

Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfte/r Techniker/in) in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Building Systems Technology, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience of at least two years in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Building Systems Technology, or a comparable field
  • Experience in managing budget funds according to Bundeswehr guidelines (desirable)
