This role is ideal for an "IT-Doctor" who enjoys resolving IT issues related to hardware and software. As a Support Technician for Measurement Technology, you will provide crucial customer support via email, phone, remote assistance, and on-site visits. Your day-to-day will involve creating example configurations for measurement data acquisition and analysis software, testing and reproducing errors, and resolving licensing queries. The position requires strong foundational knowledge in electrical engineering, physics, or measurement technology, coupled with solid IT skills in Windows clients and network technologies.
