Job Summary

As a Material Service Center Coordinator, you will be integral to managing the entire procurement lifecycle, from initial requests and vendor engagement to ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams like the Engine Operations Center and external partners such as Lufthansa’s Network Supply Chain. You'll be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing lead times, and controlling costs for Rolls Royce and Mobile Engine Services. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in a manufacturing environment, a solid grasp of procurement processes, and excellent communication skills, contributing to efficient material flow and operational success.

Required Skills

Education

High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree desirable

Experience

  • 3-5 years minimum experience in an MRP-based manufacturing environment
  • Professional experience in a Purchasing capacity (preferred)

Languages

English (Fluent)

Additional

  • Must possess a valid U.S. work permit and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Willingness to travel, work shifts/overtime, and handle physical demands. Assessment screening may be required. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
