Job Summary

This role involves strategic asset management for approximately 70 properties and buildings, focusing on life-cycle management and portfolio optimization. Key responsibilities include making decisions on property portfolio changes (buying, selling, leasehold), planning and managing building expansion and replacement projects to address energy transition challenges, and developing concepts for new constructions or property re-purposing. The successful candidate will represent the company's interests to external stakeholders, actively scout for new sites for substations and switchgear, and conduct thorough site-specific research and analysis. This position is ideal for an engineer with a strong understanding of real estate law, business economics, and project management, who is ready to contribute to the future of energy infrastructure.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university or technical college degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Civil, or Infrastructure Engineering) or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the specific requirements and planning of special technical structures
