Job Summary

As a Working Student in Technical Facility Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth administrative support of technical and structural maintenance measures. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include meticulous data maintenance within the CAFM system, encompassing asset registration, documentation of maintenance activities and plans, and completeness checks to ensure data accuracy. You will actively contribute to creating service descriptions, lead smaller technical building equipment (TGA) projects, and assist in developing processes within Technical Facility Management and minor construction projects. Additionally, you will update operational management manuals and organize, prepare, and follow up on meetings, including creating presentations and minutes. This role offers the opportunity to apply your technical understanding in a practical environment and contribute to the efficiency of a major energy distribution network operator.
