This role supports daily operations by managing customer inquiries and maintaining customer data. Key responsibilities include researching construction progress for house connections, coordinating with internal and external partners, and documenting construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills for both phone and written correspondence, be proficient in MS-Office, and ideally have some SAP knowledge.
