Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT user support and field services for a renowned company in Rastatt, focusing heavily on end-user device management and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, installation, and maintenance of a wide range of IT endpoints, including PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices, with a specific emphasis on Apple iPhones and iPads running iOS. Key daily tasks include executing MAC-D processes (Move, Add, Change, Delete), handling break-fix tickets both remotely and onsite, and ensuring smooth IT operations through diligent documentation and strong customer communication. This position requires solid hardware knowledge, proficiency in Windows 10 and iOS, physical resilience, and the willingness to work in shifts, offering a stable environment within a collaborative team.
