Join Bayer as a Pharmacometrics Expert to shape Model Informed Drug Development (MIDD) strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with the MIDD Lead to integrate pharmacometrics into drug development, focusing on strategic planning of PMX project contributions. Your day-to-day will involve conducting and organizing PMX analyses (Population PK, PK/PD, Exposure-Response, MBMA) across all therapeutic areas, supervising outsourced projects, and leading PMX teams. You'll provide scientific advice, act as a coach, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is ideal for a professional with a PhD in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Mathematics, significant experience in pharmaceutical pharmacometrics, and expertise in tools like NONMEM, Monolix, and R.
