Job Summary

As a Project Order Manager in Gas Services, you will be an integral part of a project team, ensuring the efficient and timely execution of service projects. Your daily responsibilities will involve coordinating various interfaces, managing diverse customer requirements, and adapting to new challenges. You will be instrumental in creating and processing offers for spare parts, tools, repairs, and services under long-term maintenance contracts for clients across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. This role requires a proactive approach to offer tracking, order processing in collaboration with project teams, and handling customer complaints through cross-functional teamwork. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives within order management, supporting reporting, controlling, and analysis, all while embracing new technologies and continuous learning to shape future-oriented processes.
