Job Summary

This role involves supporting the integration, installation, configuration, and commissioning of complex IT and communication systems within specialized vehicle platforms. Day-to-day tasks include working with router, server, radio, and network technology on pre-configured vehicle hardware, adapting system configurations to customer needs, and performing regular firmware updates and security patches. The position requires daily travel within Central Germany to conduct functional and integration tests directly on vehicles, document all steps meticulously, and create technical instructions. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT specialist in system integration or similar, with strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, network technology, virtualization, and software management.
