This role involves providing comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-level IT support globally for a wide range of hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and telephony systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving software and account issues, primarily within Windows 10 and 11 environments, utilizing tools like Azure, Intune, and ServiceNow. A key part of the job is managing on-site Solution Center walk-up support, assisting with conference room equipment, and maintaining specialized desktop support for laboratory and mechanical testing environments. Candidates should possess a completed IT education or a degree in Computer Science, combined with excellent German and good English language skills, and demonstrate a structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style.
