Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will be primarily responsible for providing a variety of service, maintenance, and repair work on print and multifunction systems at customer sites. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting, fault analysis, and pre-installation and configuration of new systems. You will also handle deliveries, provide customer training on device functions, and manage software installation and network integration. This role requires a strong service-oriented mindset combined with technical aptitude and IT knowledge. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training (ideally as an IT System Electronics Technician or Office Information Electronics Technician, or comparable training/further education)
Experience
- Professional experience in service for print and multifunction systems
- Experience in IT system electronics or office information electronics, or comparable technical background
- Experience in a service-oriented role (e.g., coffee machines, washing machines) is welcome for career changers
