Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key technical contact, consulting customers on complex IT infrastructure, system performance, and IT security matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing exciting IT projects directly with clients, supporting software and hardware rollouts, and ensuring efficient IT infrastructure. You will also handle 2nd and 3rd-level service requests via a ticketing system and actively develop stable IT architectures and the IT service portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a background in IT education/study and a minimum of three years of system administration expertise, coupled with strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Server, virtualization technologies like VMWare/HyperV, and cloud platforms such as Office 365 and Azure.
