Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated (Senior) IT Technician, Service Technician, or Systems Electrician based in Ingolstadt, Germany, supporting the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces) as a primary digitalization partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing stable, secure, and efficient IT services, including troubleshooting IT/telecommunications issues, documenting resolutions, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Day-to-day tasks involve on-site IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) activities for IT and telecommunications, maintaining and updating hardware and software at client workstations, and participating in on-call duty.
