As a Senior Service Technician, you will be a key player in ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services for the German Armed Forces. Your daily tasks will involve providing comprehensive support for standard and custom software solutions, including the underlying IT infrastructure. You'll be responsible for accepting, analyzing, and resolving issues related to PCs, telephony, printers, and both LAN and WAN environments, utilizing a ticketing system. This role also includes executing relocation tasks, particularly for PC and telephony systems, and providing on-site support to central operational units. You will contribute to IT infrastructure expansion and adaptation projects, meticulously documenting all activities.
