Job Summary
This role involves the technical planning, calculation, and design of heating centers and heat networks for decentralized urban and commercial projects, focusing on 100% renewable heat. The engineer will develop concepts for new and existing buildings, utilizing heat pumps with air, wastewater, and shallow geothermal sources, and select appropriate system components. Working collaboratively, you will coordinate with internal M&E planning and technical drawing teams, as well as external manufacturers and project stakeholders. Responsibilities include project planning and calculations across various service phases, using simulation software like Polysun or Earth Energy Designer (EED), and creating tender documents with ORCA-AVA. Required Skills
Education
Degree in a technical or energy-related field (e.g., Building Energy Systems, Supply Engineering, Technical Building Services, Renewable Energies, Engineering Sciences) or equivalent qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician with planning experience.

- 2-3 years of professional experience in planning and designing components for heating centers
- Experience with heat pump systems and heat networks is ideal
