This role involves providing comprehensive support to various client groups, primarily healthcare professionals, students, artists, and publicists, on all matters related to insurance, reporting, and contribution law. Day-to-day tasks include determining insurance obligations, managing and monitoring contribution payments, processing reimbursement applications, and handling appeals. The specialist will also play a key role in optimizing business processes, documenting procedures, and contributing to broader projects. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Social Insurance Clerk, or a commercial apprenticeship with experience in insurance and contribution law, combined with further training (e.g., Specialist Advisor for Reporting & Contributions) and a Health Insurance Specialist/Business Administrator qualification or comparable further education/degree, or willingness to obtain these qualifications promptly.
