Job Summary
Join Deutsche Reihenhaus AG as a Master, Technician, or Engineer in Building Services (MEP) and contribute to creating sustainable, urban living spaces. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Building Services Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Building Equipment, or certified as a State-Certified Building Services Technician, or Master of Building Services Engineering
Experience
- Professional experience in building services engineering, particularly in planning and calculating HVAC and building drainage systems
- Experience in preparing tenders, construction contracts, and supplier selection
- Experience in leading contract negotiations and awarding construction services
- Experience working in interdisciplinary project teams
Languages
Additional
- Located in Cologne, Kaiserslautern, or Nuremberg. Full-time position with a 4-day work week (36 hours, typically Monday-Thursday). Option for 1 day per week home office.
