Job Summary
Join Deutsche Reihenhaus as a Team Lead for Building Services Projects, where you will guide and develop a team focused on sustainable and innovative urban housing solutions. This role involves leading the team in tendering and awarding building services contracts, planning and calculating HVAC systems, selecting suppliers, and estimating production costs for building services trades. You'll ensure team readiness, provide technical sparring, and contribute to process improvement. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Supply Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Building Equipment, or a comparable field of study or training (e.g., Supply Engineer)
Experience
- Professional experience in a comparable position in building services
- Leadership experience with a motivating and appreciative approach to managing people
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driving license; willingness to undertake regular business trips to Kaiserslautern or Cologne; ability to work from office locations in Cologne or Kaiserslautern; ability to work 1 day per week from home (Home Office).
