Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Desk Specialist who will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. Day-to-day tasks involve providing user support for disruptions and problems, identifying and verifying errors, and resolving issues remotely. The specialist will also prioritize and classify inquiries using a ticketing system, and meticulously document and maintain data in a knowledge base.
