This role involves providing essential IT support and infrastructure maintenance for a leading IT service provider's client, Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH, across their Zwickau and Chemnitz locations. The IT Technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks including performing technical work on network and infrastructure systems, managing network cabling and patching, and installing/removing network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Key responsibilities also include initial system setup and configuration based on technical guidelines, as well as handling and documenting tickets within a ticketing system.
