This role is for an Onsite IT Support Specialist to join a leading IT service provider in Europe, supporting the end-users of DLR in Bonn. Day-to-day, you will perform 2nd Level Client Support, handle 1st Level Network Support queries, and be responsible for the installation, configuration, and setup of client systems (Windows & Linux), including notebooks, desktops, and peripherals. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a solution-oriented approach to provide both remote and onsite support for software and hardware issues.
