Job Summary
This role is for a motivated 1st Level IT Support Engineer to join a leading IT service provider in Jettingen-Scheppach. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for supporting the internal IT system landscape and software solutions, particularly Microsoft products, and providing first-line support to employees. You will also assist with IT project planning and execution, and contribute to optimizing IT system administration processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career starters with an IT education and initial practical experience to join a renowned company, working with modern IT infrastructure and engaging tasks, with the potential for direct employment by the client.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration - IT Specialist for System Integration). Microsoft certifications (MCSE, MCSA, Microsoft Modern Workplace) are desirable.
Experience
- Initial practical experience in IT support or system administration
- Professional experience in supporting internal IT systems and software solutions
