This role is for a service-oriented IT Support Engineer to join an experienced team in Bonn, Germany, supporting a public sector project. Day-to-day, you will provide 1st and 2nd level telephone and on-site support for Windows-based IT workstations and applications, including Microsoft Office and Exchange. Key responsibilities involve troubleshooting login issues, network connections, printing services, and managing user accounts in Active Directory. Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT
  • Professional experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
