Job Summary
This role is for a service-oriented IT Support Engineer to join an experienced team in Bonn, Germany, supporting a public sector project. Day-to-day, you will provide 1st and 2nd level telephone and on-site support for Windows-based IT workstations and applications, including Microsoft Office and Exchange. Key responsibilities involve troubleshooting login issues, network connections, printing services, and managing user accounts in Active Directory. You will also set up and maintain meeting technology and assist with hardware and software deployment. Completed vocational training in IT
Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT
- Professional experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of AD and Exchange environments
- Experience with network fundamentals and Citrix user support
