Job Summary

This role involves leading the visual inspection department for parenteral pharmaceuticals, ensuring timely, cost-optimized, and quality-compliant manual and semi-automatic inspection processes, including unloading, crimping, and external washing. The successful candidate will be responsible for disciplinary and professional leadership of a team, optimizing personnel deployment, managing budgets, and reducing inspection cycle times. Key responsibilities also include supporting change control processes, ensuring GMP batch documentation, standardizing logistics and organizational processes under Lean Manufacturing principles, and enhancing the EMS system. This position is ideal for an experienced leader with a strong background in pharmaceutical production and a commitment to quality and process optimization.
