Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Shift Supervisor to oversee the filling operations within a pharmaceutical production plant focused on oncology and life-threatening disease treatments. You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of personnel assigned to a specific production line. Core duties include organizing daily shift routines, managing staff schedules, conducting employee discussions, and meticulously controlling batch protocols, including yield calculation and KPI capture. A critical component of the role is ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and conducting regular 6S, EHS, and GMP inspections. The ideal candidate must have completed relevant vocational training (e.g., Pharma Technician) and hold an Industrial Master qualification in Chemistry or Pharmacy. Extensive experience in the aseptic manufacturing of parenteral products and proven leadership capabilities are essential, along with the readiness to work in a full-continuous shift system. The position offers a permanent contract and tariff-based compensation.
