Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the stability and continuous optimization of routine processes within a specific department of pharmaceutical production, focusing on compliance with GMP, EHS, and legal regulations. The Process Engineer will be responsible for adapting processes for new products, documenting process stability through regular on-site assessments (Gemba), and handling deviations through systematic error analysis and CAPA implementation. Key activities include coordinating and executing test runs, controlling re-certification processes like calibrations, and performing qualifications and validation support. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Pharmacy, Process Engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least two years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical production environment. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistical process assessment (e.g., Minitab), and excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential for success in this critical role.
