Job Summary

This role involves supporting the stable operation of all productive Azure AI Use Cases as an IT Service Manager. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements, including data protection, compliance, and audit trails. Collaborating closely with IT Design and IT Cloud Operations colleagues, you will manage the deployment and monitoring of applications, handle authorization management, and address security and cost-related issues. The position requires coordinating with business units, development teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and further develop the AI infrastructure, actively participating in the bank-wide, cross-functional AI Competence Center. You will also advise users, facilitate knowledge transfer in the IT-focused AI environment, and take on responsible roles in IT projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for AI and IT service management.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in a MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, Technology) field or comparable qualification with a strong technical background

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT Service Management is an advantage
  • Professional experience with Azure AI Use Cases
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools is an advantage
  • Initial experience in project work is an advantage
