Job Summary

This role involves supporting the stable operation of all productive Azure AI Use Cases as an IT Service Manager. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements, including data protection, compliance, and audit trails. Collaborating closely with IT Design and IT Cloud Operations colleagues, you will manage the deployment and monitoring of applications, handle authorization management, and address security and cost-related issues. The position requires coordinating with business units, development teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and further develop the AI infrastructure, actively participating in the bank-wide, cross-functional AI Competence Center. You will also advise users, facilitate knowledge transfer in the IT-focused AI environment, and take on responsible roles in IT projects.
