Job Summary
This leadership role at Justiz.NRW, located in Hamm, Düsseldorf, or Cologne, focuses on ensuring the performance of the IT infrastructure and supporting a modern digital justice system in North Rhine-Westphalia. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage personnel deployment and development, and ensure the technical operational capability of the justice system's IT applications. Key responsibilities include adapting central IT operations to legal requirements, technological advancements, and societal changes, as well as project coordination and strategic planning. The role also involves preparing for the productive deployment of IT releases, including software packaging and the technical configuration and maintenance of justice workstations. Required Skills
Education
Master's or Diploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Administrative Informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
Experience
- Professional experience in personnel leadership, deployment, and development
- Professional experience in project coordination and strategy planning
- Several years of practical experience with large infrastructures in Windows and Linux environments, including technologies for 24/7 requirements

Additional
- Must undergo an extended security clearance (SÜG NRW), which typically requires verifiable residency in Germany for the past five years. Eligibility for civil service appointment (Beamtenverhältnis) in salary group A 14 (technical service) or classification as a tariff employee in salary group E 14 TV-L.
