Job Summary

This part-time working student position (up to 20 hours/week) supports the specialized team within the electronic communication competence center, focusing primarily on error handling and data management for the e²A (ergonomic electronic workplace) system. Key daily tasks involve importing messages, completing scanned messages, managing shipping errors, documenting e²A shipping failures, monitoring format converters, and processing faulty or pending AFV messages. The ideal candidate is a reliable and detail-oriented student, preferably with at least four semesters completed in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, possessing strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility. This role offers a secure, temporary position alongside studies, with the potential for transition into a full-time role and civil service status after graduation, operating within a modern, flexible work environment crucial to the state's justice system.
