This role is for an IT Helpdesk & Service Employee at DVS TECHNOLOGY AG, a leading international system provider in surface processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first and second-level IT support, managing client hardware and periphery for end-users in Dietzenbach, and providing technical assistance for employee on- and offboarding. Key responsibilities include daily ticket management using Jira, categorizing, assigning, and prioritizing issues, and contributing to the optimization of the ticketing system.
