Job Summary

The expert will develop human resources concepts, including competency profiles for the health insurance supervisory department, and support the creation of supervisory and regulatory ordinances, guidelines, and handouts. Additionally, the position focuses on enhancing the supervisory authority's enforcement functions and establishing a monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework, complete with necessary information systems and databases.
